The Power Coalition for Electoral Justice is a C4 civic engagement table focused on building collective power to create lasting change. Through an integrated civic engagement strategy, we amplify the voices of historically marginalized communities and organize them into a unified movement to build pathways to power.

The Power Coalition uses coalition and community building to advance equity and justice and reignite the intrinsic power of individuals and community to realize change.

We are building the infrastructure to achieve a people-led shift in public debate and civic engagement. We break down the barriers between communications, research, policy, organizing, and voter education to build grassroots political power in support of progressive leaders, policies and issues.

We created the Power Coalition for Electoral Justice with our partners because this is a moment of opportunity -- a time to dig in and become intentional and strategic and create a true paradigm shift. We have planted a flag in the ground and are bringing the voices of our constituents to the forefront, making Louisiana a case study for how to end poverty through innovative policy, civic engagement, and investment in resources. We are creating hope for communities by uplifting a vision of equity, voice and power -- and showing the path to get there.

The Power Coalition for Electoral Justice is a C4 civic engagement table for the state of Louisiana. We are focused on building collective power to create lasting change through an integrated civic engagement strategy that amplifies the voices of those who have historically been ignored and organize them into a unified movement under the banner of Power. The Power Coalition uses principles of coalition and community building to advance equity and justice in communities and formulate effective strategies for real solutions.
